Bike Gangneung City

Complete a short cycle to a resort city.

The second section of the Gangwon Bike Path travels from Donghae City (동해시; map) to Gangneung City (강릉시; map) along the East Sea coast in Gangwon Province.

Though short, the cycling course passes through Gangneung, a city filled with sights. Highlights include one of the east coast’s best beaches, a park and beach known for sunrises and a seaside ship hotel, sprawling market, and a treasured 700-year-old pavilion.
